The first occurrence of Praetor in a text
format must also use the Registered Trademark

trademark of Computer Mail Services, Inc.
The first
occurrence of XE-Filter in a text
format must also use the trademark
TM
symbol. |

ES-INSIGHT is a
trademark of Computer Mail Services, Inc.
The first
occurrence of ES-Insight in a text
format must also use the trademark
TM

BL-MONITOR is a
trademark of Computer Mail Services, Inc.

format must also use the trademark

Internet Links to CMS using a CMS Logo
|

Computer Mail Services, Inc. (CMS) welcomes links to its Internet site. Any link to CMS'
Internet site from a different site and using a graphic logo must conform to the following
list of rules:

Unless CMS provides prior
written authorization,
any link to CMS' Internet site must use one of the following
logos which are protected by trademark law:

CMS grants
companies a limited license to use these logos on their
websites, but does not transfer title of these logos to
those companies.

The above logos may only be used as an active link to the
permitted CMS Internet pages
The use of these logos to link to other CMS Website

Computer Mail Services, Inc. |

These CMS, Praetor. ES-Insight, XE-Filter and BL-Monitor logos cannot be used to imply that
CMS has either sponsored or endorsed a web site without written permission
from CMS. |

These CMS, Praetor. ES-Insight, XE-Filter and BL-Monitor logos may not be altered in anyway.
This includes:
- Changing proportions
- Changing colors
- Animating or morphing the
logos
CMS will consider requests to
modify these logos to match the specific needs of a
particular website. If approved by CMS, changes
will only be made by the CMS graphics staff. |

Any website which in the
opinion of Computer Mail Services, Inc. slanders, disparages
or in any way reflects badly on CMS products or the company
itself may be prohibited from use of the CMS, Praetor and
BL-Monitor logos
at the discretion of CMS. |

These above logos are for use
only on web pages. To use CMS logos in other formats
(print, tradeshow, electronic media, etc.) contact CMS. The CMS
graphics staff will work to provide logos for other specified
needs and formats. |

CMS retains the right to
terminate permission to use these logos at any time. Use of these logos in any means that does not conform
to CMS policies, damages CMS or infringes on any
rights held by CMS will result in action taken by CMS. |
