Why do I get a "Failed to enable constraints" error when using
the XE-Filter Manager Utility?
indicates there is a duplicate entry in the
connectionLOG.XML data file. It effects the
XE-Filter administration program but does not
stop the performance of the filter itself.
steps to correct this situation:
Stop the IIS SMTP Server or Exchange Server
(if XE-Filter is installed on the Exchange
connectionLOG.XML file and locate
the duplicate entry.
alphabetically sorted in
ascending order of the 2-letter country code
abbreviation. Eliminate the duplicate entry
with the smallest
count in the AC or DC attributes (allowed or
Restart IIS or Exchange Server.
Once the SMTP
Server restarts XE-Filter will read the values
in this edited data file. Your XE-Filter
Manager will now open properly.
